Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your MASH SF gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please ensure all items remain in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
